Private Label

Want your own label on the garment? We manufacture suits and dress shirts under your brand name, with your labels, specifications, and packaging. Contact us with your concept, quantities, and timeline, and we will provide a quote and production schedule.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the online application: Apply for a Wholesale Account. Have the following ready:
    • Legal business name and DBA (if any)
    • Contact name, title, phone, and email
    • Business address and shipping address
    • Website, social media, or storefront link
    • Type of business (retail store, online, rental, event, etc.)
    • Products and estimated quantities you plan to order
  2. Provide your documents: a valid resale certificate (see our Tax-Exempt Purchasing page) and your seller's permit or business license. If the form does not let you attach them, email them to info@TheSuitCo.com with your business name.
  3. We review your application and set up your trade account. You will receive a confirmation email with login access to wholesale pricing.

Approval time: typically within 1–2 business days.

Minimum order: 350$ for opening orders. Reorders:  150$

Wholesale Terms

  • Trade accounts only: Wholesale pricing is available to approved trade accounts and is confidential.
  • Payment: Payment is due at time of order unless net terms are approved in writing. Established accounts may apply for credit terms.
  • Shipping: Shipping is billed per order. You may use your own FedEx or UPS account, and large orders can ship by freight. See our Shipping Policy.
  • Sales tax: Tax-exempt purchasing is available with a verified resale certificate for each ship-to state.
  • All sales final: All wholesale sales follow our Return Policy. There are no returns or refunds; verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items are replaced or credited to your account.
  • Terms of Service: All orders are subject to our Wholesale Terms of Service.
